We exclusively use focused high performance lasers (pulsed Nd:YAG solid-state lasers) as laser source for laser micro cutting. Thus we achieve kerf widths of 0.0055 in (0.14 mm) which is reduced to 0.0008 in (0.02 mm) with laser micro cutting at material thicknesses of up to 3/64 in (1 mm). The heat affected zone in laser micro cutting is less than the kerf width. We can process for you all types of mild and high-grade steel as well as nonferrous metals, alloys and engineering ceramics (aluminum oxide, silicon nitride and boron nitride and).
