We process your components carefully and with the lowest possible heat affected zone in 2D and 3D on “state of the art” laser systems.

We use focussed high-power fibre lasers with a brilliant beam quality and fibre lasers as our sources. We thus achieve a kerf width of 0.14 mm as standard, which comes down to just 0.02 mm for laser micro-cutting with a material thickness of up to 1 mm.

The heat affected zone is also smaller than the kerf width for laser micro-cutting.

We work with all steels and stainless steel as well as non-ferrous metals, specific alloys and technical ceramics (aluminium oxide, silicon nitride and boron nitride).
